• What types of payment options are available?

  Payment in full is expected upon completion of any services your pet received or once your pet has been discharged. We accept payment through a variety of methods.

• Does your hospital offer payment plans?

  We are proud to offer CareCredit and Scratchpay as financing options. They offer an easy application process that will give you results in minutes.

• how much should I expect to pay?

  We always try to provide a fair and accurate quote of requested however, unforeseen circumstances may arise that can impact your final bill.

  We will always inform you if we make any changes to the procedure which will affect the overall cost of the visit.

• Should I call ahead to book an appointment?

  Our hospital operates on a schedule, but occasionally there are hiccups in the day, we recommend calling ahead to ensure that your pet can be seen 

  If there has been an accident and your pet requires emergency care during our regular business hours, please contact us immediately.

• What is your appointment cancellation policy?

  We are a busy location and so we ask that you please provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice whenever possible.

• What types of animals do you treat?

  While our focus is on cats and dogs we will also treat small animals such as ferrets.

• Where can I purchase my pet's prescription and food?

  We are able to offer any medication of prescription foods that your pet may require via our online store or our in-house pharmacy.

• What are the fees associated with a specialty appointment?

  All fees are due at the time of service including the cost of exams, treatment and diagnostics.

  Payment upfront and due in full will be required if your pet was visiting for any specialized or urgent care visits when your pet is discharged.

• What are the fees associated with an emergency visit?

  Our staff may require a deposit if your pet requires specialized care or an extended hospital stay. Once your pet has been thoroughly examined, your vet will advise you of the quoted cost of your pets procedure and what the treatment options might be.

• Can you help with my pet insurance?

  We would be happy to help you fill out pet insurance forms for your pet’s visit.
